Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe?
Yes. Our lasers have been approved by the FDA in order to provide you with the safest, non-invasive treatment option available today. Laser therapy provides you with a safe and effective alternative to drugs and surgery.
Is it painful?
No, on the contrary. The laser treatment itself provides a warm, soothing feeling, usually followed by a noticeable reduction in pain and increased range of motion, leading to a dramatically improved quality of life.
Average treatment time?
To thoroughly discuss your condition, your initial consultation and treatment will last about an hour. After that appointment, laser therapy treatments typically last 15 to 20 minutes per treatment area.
How many visits will I need?
The number of treatments are determined by your condition, physical health and the complexity of your pain. Injuries and acute conditions can often be treated by a short duration of treatments, while chronic and degenerative conditions respond better to a longer treatment period followed by regular maintenance visits.
How much does it cost?
Cost is determined by the number of treatments needed to minimize your pain from your unique condition. During your initial consultation, our team will determine the number of treatments and a total cost. After each consultation a custom recommended treatment program is based on your individualized needs.
Will insurance cover the cost?
At this time, insurance companies are not covering laser therapy. In most cases, your out of pocket costs are less than you would incur with the insurance deductibles, co-pays, and monthly pain medication costs involved with other treatment methods.
